Mains
- Carvery with all the trimmings
- Roast Sussex chicken, bacon, game chips & tarragon gravy
- Tender braised lamb shank cooked in a vegetable and tomato sauce
- Escalope of turkey with a bacon & Dijon mustard cream sauce
- Braised steak cooked in red wine served with roasted vegetables & pease pudding
- Poached fillet of salmon presented on a bed of julienne vegetables with a prawn & cognac sauce
- Succulent breast of chicken in a creamy white wine sauce finished with celery & walnuts
- Braised and minted lamb steak served on a bed of garlic mashed potatoes with a light red wine jus
- Roasted loin of pork, glazed apple ring, sage & onion stuffing and finished with a Calvados gravy
- Pan-fried fillet of sea bass with braised fennel and a lemon and lime butter sauce.
